Project Overview

The challenge: how do you show that something simple and wholesome can also be surprisingly quick - without just telling people? How do you become part of their everyday rush and gently remind them that even on the busiest mornings, a warm, nourishing start is well within reach?

 

The task was to find a playful, relatable way to communicate speed and convenience, making Quaker Oats feel like a natural solution for time-poor moments - all without losing the brand’s comforting, trustworthy tone.

At Bearnard, we knew the answer wasn’t in flashy campaigns or complicated gimmicks - it was in creating something simple, memorable, and meaningful.

We designed a bespoke, offline campaign: A4 colouring sheets for children, each with a personalised design crafted specifically for Sophia Sourdough’s cafés. These little creative moments transformed a quick stop for bread or coffee into a fun family visit - one that children look forward to, and parents appreciate.

The campaign continues to quietly reinforce Sophia Sourdough’s presence as a warm, community-driven space. It’s proof that sometimes, the most effective marketing doesn’t shout - it sits on the table, next to a croissant, and invites creativity.
